Please note that the costs for each work differ based on the quantity of documents provided, the emergency and the difficulty of your case.  All fees cited are estimations and are based on the circumstance of your case.

  • Disbursement

There may be other costs in addition to our fees. These are disbursements which are charges that we will need to pay on your behalf as part of your instruction, such as mediation fees, court fees and Barrister’s fees.  Barristers charge on average £1,500 plus VAT for a 1-day hearing (including all preparation).

We will discuss these fees or any additional fees with you prior to acquiring them.  This means we will not agree any disbursement without you granting us the approval to do so.
